I've made a pdf of the recipes everyone submitted to help me get through the dinner hour. You can download them for your own use by clicking on Main Dish Recipes from Readers under the links at the upper right corner of the page.
I resisted rewriting the recipes to all be in the same format, but I did at least organize them by type.
